On Sunday, March 25, I will be hosting a workshop at PAGU on how to take that 'grammable photo of food with a phone!
There will be two sessions:
- 11:30 AM - 1 PM
- 1:30 PM - 3 PM
Each session will be broken into two parts, reviewing the basics of how to maximize your phone's camera capabilities, breaking down a single dish photo versus a group dish photo, and the second half of the session will be a hands-on opportunity for everyone to take what they leaned on their own tortilla dish.
Each $35 ticket includes a fun hands-on photo workshop and an option of one of the following tortillas:
- braised pork tortilla (spicy umami oil, scallions)
- mushroom tortilla (roasted mushrooms, tamari aioli)
- pink beets tortilla (sheepy's milk yogurt, black sesame)
This event is in collaboration of PAGU's month of celebrating women every day - all proceeds will go to Lovin' Spoonfuls: a non-profit dedicated to rescuing healthy food which would otherwise be discarded and redistributing the food to those in need.
WHEN: Sunday, March 25
WHERE: PAGU; 300 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge
PRICE: $35 - All proceeds to Lovin' Spoonfuls
